This book was Criswell's model for his 1957 reference. The
1949 book
is quite scarce with only 1000 printed and is expensive if you can find
one.
These were reprinted by the United Daughters of the Confederacy, The
Tennesee Division as a fund raiser. Great Content with much information
as found in the Correspondence CD by Tremmel. Information as well
on
CS stamps, bonds, medals, seal, &c. A wonderful addition to any
library.
